With an Aimz Fitness membership you can attend as many of our weekly classes as you like. All classes are run from our dedicated group fitness studio and feature the areas best instructors.

Classes can also be accessed with a Aimz Concession card which can be purchased online from our memberships page.

All classes require bookings to attend.

Class sizes vary depending on the format and the equipment required.

Please arrive 10 minutes before each class to scan your booking QR code and set up any required equipment.

Persons under 12 are not allowed in any area of Aimz Fitness.

Please bring a sweat towel, drink bottle and your own mat if you have one.

You can manage your class booking via the Clubware portal or via the email link provided when booking. Please cancel your booking if unable to attend the class.


Pump – the barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens the whole body! Boot Camp

A different class every time! Using battle ropes, TRX, kettlebells, barbells and the agility ladder - this class will boost your fitness and strength to a whole new level.

Suitable for everyone as exercises can be modified to suit you.

Flow Yoga

Move through flowing sequences and poses with your breathe to improve posture, flexibility and bring a sense of calm. A must for those wanting to reduce stress levels, produce a strong flexible body and focused mind.

The upbeat, current and most motivating way to get your cardio workout done, all by dancing! Our style is Hip Hop based, with an awesome variety of music and movement to give you the full exercise experience, both physical and creative! Class begins with a slow and low impact warm up, and progresses to higher energy tracks, increased advancement in step skill and choreography, then concludes with a cool down and stretch to safely bring the heart rate back to normal.

Pilates Fit

A beautiful fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi movements choreographed to music. Improve balance, posture, core strength and gain a sense of well being in this unique style of class. Pilates is love for your body, mind and soul.
