All equipment will be provided. PLEASE NOTE: For health and safety reasons, no persons under the age of 12 years old are allowed within any part of the gym or group fitness studio.
All persons must be members.  

Group Fitness Classes

All classes will be restricted to a maximum of 22 members to prevent crowding and all attendees must pre book online.



Booking Procedure

1) Click the link below to book in for classes (you will need to have a valid email address and Aimz membership to do this)

2) Log in / register in the Clubware portal and view the current timetable / upcoming classes

3) Click on the class you wish to book. You will receive a confirmation email. You can cancel your booking through the Clubware portal or by clicking the link "Manage my Booking"

4) You can cancel your booking right up to 10 minutes prior to the class. If you have to cancel we ask that you do this at your soonest convenience to allow space for others to join in.    

5) When you come into the gym please scan your key tag and the QR code provided in the confirmation email for the class booking                                                                                                                                                                


You will need to arrive no later than 5 minutes before a class start time to have enough time to scan in and take your place. After this time  your place may be given to somebody on the reserve waiting list.

Pilates Fit

Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This is a sweat inducing, fiercely energetic, cardio workout for all levels using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, barbells, TRX and bodyweight exercises. This class will leave you feeling exhilarated and fitter than ever.

Flow Yoga

Move through flowing sequences and poses with your breathe to improve posture, flexibility and bring a sense of calm. A must for those wanting to reduce stress levels, produce a strong flexible body and focused mind.
